As an note of interest, we thought we'd list the various injuries we've dealt with in over 200 hours of training: 7 blisters, 7 cases of tendonitis (arches, ankles, knees), 5 pulled muscles, 4 dead or dying toenails, 2 shin splints, 1 sunburn and untold numbers of aches and pains.  Has it been worth it?  Of course.
